Ibukun is the Co-Founder and Director of Restitution Capital, an impact-focused litigation fund that partners with governments in the Global South to pursue claims against entities responsible for significant state losses. Formerly Group Director at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), his 18-year tenure included roles as Global Head of Sustainable Finance, Head of Emerging Markets, and Global Head of International Primary Markets. He led initiatives that raised over $100 billion for emerging markets and pioneered offshore local-currency bonds for African and Indian issuers. Ibukun also serves on the board of the I-TRACK Foundation, which sets global renewable energy certification standards.
