By accessing or using this Website, registering for an event, purchasing tickets, submitting information, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

1. About Us

  • ACSII does not store full payment card information.
Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed during checkout where required.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Ticket transfers may be permitted at ACSII’s discretion.
  • Requests must be made in writing before published deadlines.
If ACSII cancels an event, attendees may be offered:
  • A full refund;
  • Credit toward a future event; or
  • An alternative event option.
ACSII is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa costs, or other personal expenses incurred.

7. Changes to Events

ACSII reserves the right to:
  • Change dates;
  • Change venues;
  • Modify programmes;
  • Replace speakers;
  • Adjust schedules;
  • Convert events to virtual or hybrid formats.
Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to refunds unless expressly stated.

8. International Attendance

Attendees are responsible for:
  • Obtaining valid passports;
  • Securing visas;
  • Meeting health requirements;
  • Complying with immigration laws.
ACSII cannot guarantee visa approvals and is not liable for denied entry into any country.

9. Code of Conduct

ACSII is committed to creating a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment. Participants must not engage in:
  • Harassment;
  • Discrimination;
  • Threatening behaviour;
  • Intimidation;
  • Disruptive conduct.
ACSII reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for behaviour that compromises the safety or experience of others.

10. Media and Photography

ACSII events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By attending an event, you grant ACSII permission to use your image, voice, and likeness for:
  • Promotional materials;
  • Social media;
  • Marketing;
  • Publications;
  • Broadcasts;
  • Future event promotion.
If you object to being photographed, you should notify event organisers before the event begins. While reasonable efforts will be made, ACSII cannot guarantee exclusion from all recordings taken in public event spaces.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Website content, including:
  • Logos;
  • Branding;
  • Text;
  • Graphics;
  • Videos;
  • Images;
  • Event materials;
  • Publications;

Opinions expressed by speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of ACSII. ACSII accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of statements made during events.

13. Sponsor and Exhibitor Participation

Sponsors and exhibitors remain responsible for ensuring that their products, services, marketing materials, and representations comply with all applicable laws. ACSII does not endorse sponsor products unless explicitly stated.
