Video Editor (Multimedia Designer)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor (Multimedia Designer) to create dynamic visual and audio-visual content that amplifies the summit’s message and engages diverse global audiences for the African Caribbean Sustainability & Investment Initiative (ACSII) activities and events held globally across the year.

The ideal candidate is a creative individual with experience producing multimedia content in areas such as sustainability, policy, or international development for social media channels. They will be responsible for supporting the design and editing of content that communicates ACSIS’s mission and drives participation across digital media channels.

A portfolio should be provided alongside the application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop multimedia assets including video clips, animations, motion graphics, and visual presentations for use on social media, websites, and during the summit.

  • Edit promotional videos, speaker interviews, and event teasers to support marketing and engagement strategies.

  • Create digital graphics, visual overlays, and branded templates for video and web platforms.

  • Collaborate with content writers, comms, and graphic designers to produce visually and narratively cohesive content.

  • Assist in producing branded assets for livestreams, webinars, or virtual speaker features.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in multimedia design and video editing (portfolio or showreel required).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

  • Strong visual storytelling ability with a creative eye for layout, rhythm, and transitions.

  • Ability to produce content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Availability Required:

  • Minimum of 5 hours per week

As an international summit, meeting times cater for European, Caribbean, and African time zones – some meetings may be held outside traditional office hours (GMT).
