Esther Xosei is a jurisconsult, scholar-activist, and decolonial reparationist of Afrikan Caribbean heritage from Barbados and Guyana. She advances Planet Repairs, a framework addressing cognitive, reparatory, and environmental justice. As Co-Vice Chair of PARCOE, she builds international solidarity networks and advocates for Afrikan reparations. Esther coordinates the Stop The Maangamizi Campaign and co-founded INOSAAR, uniting scholars to create emancipatory knowledge on reparations. She is Executive Director of the Maangamizi Educational Trust, providing transformative education and movement-building initiatives. Her work champions rematriation, reconnecting Afrikan peoples with ancestral lands, and drives global Pan-Afrikan movement-building for holistic liberation and justice.
