Judy Foster is Chief Operating Officer at Stop Ecocide International Ltd, where she oversees a network of teams and associate groups in over 50 countries. She works closely with colleagues, partner organisations and diplomats to advance the mission of recognising ecocide as a national, regional and international crime. Judy has represented the organisation at key global events, including delivering its statement at the UN First Global Meeting of the Fifth Montevideo Environmental Law Programme in Nairobi and she recently attended the Africa Climate Summit in Addis Ababa where she engaged with state delegates on pathways to legal change. She highlights the potential of ecocide law to support Africa’s sustainable future by protecting ecosystems and communities for generations to come. Known for her clear, collaborative approach, Judy blends strategic coordination with a commitment to fostering global partnerships for protection of the Earth.
