Segun Ajayi-Kadir, mni, is the Director General of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN). He holds a Master’s in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.Sc. in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University. A graduate of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, he has served MAN in multiple leadership roles, including Executive Secretary and Director of Field Services. He represents MAN on key national economic and policy committees, such as the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform Committee. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Administration, Segun has received advanced training from UNIDO, Lagos Business School, and international development institutions.
