Tariq is a facilitator, poet, and public speaker with experience in youth development, career programming, and community engagement. With a BSc in Finance and Business and internships across Jamaica, Malaysia, Malta, and the UAE, he brings a global perspective to education and social mobility. He now represents Grace Kennedy, Kingston, Jamaica as a global ambassador.

Over the past six years, he has worked with grassroots organisations and schools across London preparing young people for competitive employment, while also serving as a core member of Poetic Unity, an award-winning organisation using poetry to support young people’s mental health. He has spoken on behalf of the Universal Peace Federation, the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, and ACSIS at the House of Lords, and most recently working with the BBC Words First programme to showcase spoken word as a tool for cultural engagement and social change.
