Naomi Sesay FRSA is a visionary leader, international speaker, and advocate for diversity, equity, and innovation. With over 25 years in television and media, she has carved a career championing representation, social enterprise, and cultural transformation.

Naomi’s distinguished media career includes roles as On-Screen Diversity Executive and Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Channel 4, as well as Head of Innovation and Diversity at Media Trust. Beginning at MTV News during the height of MTV Europe, she went on to become one of the first Producers of Big Brother. Her work has always been defined by trailblazing creativity and a commitment to equity.

As a sought-after trainer and speaker, Naomi has delivered thought-provoking sessions for organisations including Google, Deloitte, YouTube, NBC Universal, Warner Bros, McCann, Heathrow, and the UN. Her focus on emotional and cultural intelligence empowers leaders to connect authentically and build inclusive workplaces.

Alongside her corporate work, Naomi founded Swiipe Wealth to drive financial education and resilience. She is also author of The Human Upgrade, based on her transformational “Law of Intention Experience” workshop.

Currently, Naomi is realising her most ambitious project: developing Matamp City, the first female-centric sustainable Smart City in Sierra Leone, dedicated to equity, innovation, and community empowerment.
