June Ross MBE is the Founder and CEO of J’delle Fragrances. In addition to this role, she is also the Founder and CEO of the largest black run foodbank consortium in the country for almost 21 years – Esther Community Enterprise.
June came up with the concept of designing fragrances that would symbolise her journey to this point, based on the biblical character, Queen Esther. The notion of using the first letter of her name, and that of her two children, became an intergenerational branding known as – JDL (pronounced as Ju-del)
