To ensure that you receive your official Certificate of Attendance, we kindly ask that you update your Zoom display name before joining the sessions. Your Zoom display name must match the name on the purchase order to verify your attendance. This is a necessary step for us to accurately process and issue your certificate.

How to Update Your Zoom Display Name:

1. Open Zoom and go to your profile settings.
2. Click on your display name and edit it to match the name on your purchase order.
3. Save the changes.

You will receive your official certificate of attendance via email at the start of the following week.

You can purchase tickets by simply navigating to the Tickets section which will take you to our ticket portal, select your desired ticket type, and complete the payment process.

Day 1 is held at the House of Lords. To attend this session, you must register and complete a form. After this screening process, a ticket will be made available, with a limited number available. Please visit the Day 1 Ticketing Page for further information on House of Lords tickets.

Ticket types available include “Student”, which are for students to purchase, and “Adult” tickets for everyone else.

A Day Ticket provides entry for the day purchased only.

Yes, only afforded for purchase orders of 3 tickets and above, with 20% off the total order cost.

Yes, however you must provide ID for the person who is being transferred to.

All tickets will be issued via email. You will need to present this to a member of the ticketing staff upon entry each day. Although not mandatory, we recommend printing the ticket in advance.

Yes, we have a dedicated summit app available on both the App Store and Google Play Store, where you can view the agenda, connect with other attendees, and receive real-time updates.

The dress code is business casual as a minimum. Please contact us if you require further information regarding attire.

A certificate of attendance will be issued via email to all attendees following the completion* of the summit.

*Allow up to 1 week to recieve your certificate.
