David F. Roberts

Chairman & Founder

David Fitzgerald Roberts is a double award-winning media entrepreneur. He is a business innovator specialising in mass media. He is a radio presenter, television presenter, journalist, writer, photographer and public speaker. He is the creator of the award-winning CaribDirect.com, the global Caribbean Diaspora lifestyle and business information and events platform. David is the holder of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus on Leadership and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Research. In 2009 in response to a glaring intellectual gap between the Caribbean and its Diaspora, David set up www.caribdirect.com an online portal for Caribbean information and news as part of CaribDirect Multi-Media Limited which also focuses on promoting and facilitating trade and investment in the Caribbean with Caribbean High Commissions in London. In 2022, David incorporated HenleyCaribbean Sustainable Ventures Limited in order to assist the Caribbean in its effort to mitigate the effects of climate change by 2050. The first project was the Guyana Diaspora Sustainability & Investment Conference (GDSIC) in 2023 in answer to an opportunity to improve Guyana government’s relationship with the UK diaspora. In his second project, David is the Chairman of ACSIS 2024. His vision aims to further connect Africa and the Caribbean and promote sustainable development in both regions.

Michelle S. Moseley

Michelle S. Moseley is a dedicated business consultant, financial strategist and life coach committed to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. With more than 28 years of experience in the industry, she blends strategic insights with personalized coaching to deliver transformative results. Michelle believes in a comprehensive approach to coaching and consulting, integrating emotional intelligence with practical  strategies. Her sessions are customized to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is enthusiastic about helping clients discover strengths, potential, and achieve lasting success.

Aaron Adal

Director of Design

Aaron Adal has carved a remarkable path as a successful media design specialist, environmental consultant, and academic award winner. With over 8 years of experience working with brands across the globe, he prides himself on helping turn visions into reality through creative directing in a diverse array of industries. Aaron is the holder of a first-class Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, and the recipient of a national academic award from the Royal Forestry Society (RFS) for his research concerning the sustainability of global mangrove forests. As a consultant, he works in the energy industry within the United Kingdom supporting government permits through Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Statement (ES) reports. Bringing both business acumen and fresh, youthful energy to the table, Aaron also sits on several boards as a creative strategy advisor and consultant. He is passionate about supporting solutions that propel the world forward in a progressive and thoughtful manner and is a strong believer that effective communication and visualisation are crucial in turning those complex ideas into tangible action.

Grace Moronfolu MBE

Head of Events and Communication

Grace is an accomplished professional with a distinguished career in the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), specialising in governance systems and advancing the inclusion agenda. Known for her innovative work in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), she has led impactful and sustainable initiatives that enhance community engagement and awareness of the criminal justice process. As Director of Carbonado Consultancy, Grace provides creative solutions that boost social capital, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG). Grace’s leadership and dedication to community engagement earned her an MBE in 2018. She also serves as a non-executive Director for Loughborough University Students’ Union.

Justice Gorman Hammond

Event Project Manager / Executive Assistant to Chairman

Justice Gorman Hammond is a program management consultant and administrator with progressive experience in the areas of Diaspora engagement and migration studies, programs and events organization, and office management. Justice is a problem solver who brings a professional approach to every project. His passion is to help organizations develop innovative and sustainable pathways for the successful execution of their projects. Justice holds a master’s degree in Migration Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Resources Development both from the University of Ghana. He also has a certificate in Program Management from the International Business Management Institute-Berlin Germany as well as other training courses from the Program Management Institute, IOM, and UNSSC. He values learning, inclusivity, and professionalism.

Rosemarie Cadogan

 

Legal & Policy Advisor

Rosemarie Cadogan is a Legal and Policy Consultant with strong analytical skills and progressively responsible experience in technical assistance projects, providing advice and recommendations to governments on environmental governance frameworks, maritime jurisdiction acquisition, integrated ocean governance and sustainable transportation. With lived experiences and diaspora engagement in Guyana, the Caribbean, the UK and Canada, Rosemarie holds a master’s degree in marine and environmental law from Dalhousie University, Canada, a post graduate diploma in international studies from the University of Guyana, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of the West Indies and Prince 2 certification in project management from the University of Westminster,UK
