Ayodeji Adisa is the Business Development Manager at the African Caribbean Sustainability & Investment Summit (ACSIS), where he leads efforts to secure strategic partnerships and long-term funding that support the organisation’s mission across Africa and the Caribbean. With a strong background in international business, finance, and stakeholder engagement, Ayodeji brings a practical and solutions-driven approach to sustainable development and diaspora investment.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from a UK university and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and has over seven years of experience in the banking sector, where he worked in client relationship and operational roles. More recently, Ayodeji has contributed to the UK healthcare sector, adding a human-centred dimension to his professional journey.

At ACSIS, Ayodeji is passionate about connecting public and private sector actors to unlock economic opportunities, amplify the voice of the diaspora, and advance climate justice, youth empowerment, and inclusive development across regions.
