ABOUT

Gabrielle Gay is the Sustainable Development Champion for Education in the Prime Ministers Office of the Government of Barbados, and the CEO of CryptoMondays Africa. She is the Founder of The Erline Bradshaw Foundation, possessing 20+ years of award-winning education leadership. At just 13 years old she founded The Gabrielle Gay Award for Excellence in Reading and Literacy Mentorship Programme and 21 years later in 2020, she founded The Femme Lex Cohort : Eco-Technology Justice Programme. These are Caribbean’s first, most awarded, longest running, and globally recognised education programs of their kind: impacting over 10 million+ business leaders, professionals and students in Law, Technology, Climate Justice, and Literacy fields: reaching 115+ universities and schools worldwide. Gabrielle is also the the Director of Educational Initiatives at Blockchain Lex Group founded by Attorney Brian Mondoh.

In her role as Director of Educational Initiatives at Blockchain Lex Group, Gabrielle spearheads programs such as the No Long Ting’ Bootcamp and Electric Dreams Venture Builder at CryptoMondays Caribbean and Africa, which focus on revolutionising Web3 and legal tech education across the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa.Gabrielle’s massive influence extends to government, consultancy, and international roles: where she is recognised by the United Nations and MIPAD100 as the 2025 Most Influential Persons of African Descent Top50in Philanthropy and Social Impact – ranking #15 globally alongside Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama, Jack Ma, Prince Harry and more. She actively engages with and serves as an Ambassador with CARICOM, Humane Intelligence, the WTO, the OECS, UNICEF and United Nations advisory groups. An acclaimed education futurist, Gabrielle holds numerous leadership positions and accolades: establishing her as a leading voice in shaping the future of education in the Caribbean and beyond.
