Sheila Paul is the founder of Sincerely Sheila, a UK-based company that creates lifelike Black reborn baby dolls as powerful tools for healing, emotional reconnection, and cultural representation. Her work bridges the gap between art, mental health, and identity supporting Black women, girls, and families through therapeutic workshops and storytelling.
Born and raised in East London with Caribbean heritage, Sheila draws from her lived experience with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) to inspire change. Her debut book Black Girl, Broken Mirror is a heartfelt journey of healing, identity, and breaking generational patterns.
